The exterior of the house has been hand sanded down to the heart Pine and a solid body stain used to seal the wood, making the maintenance on the outside very easy and affordable. Recent updates include a new 6-ton Lennox HVAC, put in in 2022, a whole house replumb in 2001, a new septic system in 2018.
