This part of Doral will draw physically active house buyers since it is reasonably conducive to walking; many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle, and a variety of businesses are quite close by. The public transit service in Doral Area is not very frequent. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighborhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. On the other hand, driving is a good means of transportation in Doral Area. It is very convenient to access a place to park.
It is a reasonably short walk to get to primary schools from any location in this part of Doral. However, it can be challenging to get to high schools as a pedestrian. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. As far as eating is concerned, it is straightforward to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from anywhere in Doral Area. Likewise, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. A decent variety of clothing stores is also located within a rather short walking distance, for instance along 79th Avenue.
As there are very few pedestrians, Doral Area remains relatively quiet; however those who are near the railway line may experience higher levels of noise. It is occasionally challenging to reach parks within the neighborhood since they aren't well-located. Despite that, there are a few green spaces close by for residents to explore.

In this part of the city, the majority of dwellings are large apartment buildings, while small apartment buildings, single detached homes, and townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock.
