This is a lovely neighborhood not far from the Cherry Creek Reservoir, making it a great place for people who like to spend time outdoors. It is a reasonably large neighborhood of more than 5,500 people, so it’s not too insular either. Average home prices in Meadow Hills hover around $286,000. Saddle Rock, Aurora The saddle rock neighborhood isn’t the first place you’d think of to buy a mobile home in Aurora. It is very affluent, with its fair share of mini-mansions. However, you’d be surprised what you can find if you look hard enough. Saddle rock offers amenities like a golf course and easy access to the southlands shopping center. Most of the dwellings are single-family units, with an average sale price of around $520,000 Heather Ridge, Aurora Heather Ridge is among the best places in Aurora to raise a family, and a top spot for buying a mobile home in Aurora as well. It is a smaller neighborhood with around 3,700 people. Housing prices are accessible, averaging $265,000. It offers easy access to Jewell Wetlands Park and Utah Park, but perhaps more importantly it offers some of the best schools in the city – Prairie Middle School and Overland High School. Aurora Hills Aurora Hills is a great place to look for Aurora mobile homes for many different reasons. It is a large neighborhood, with well over 6,000 inhabitants. It is famous for its welcoming, involved community, and of course it is located around the beautiful Highland Park. The Aurora Hills Golf Course makes a good neighbor as well. Central Park, Aurora There are plenty of Aurora mobile homes for sale in the Central Park neighborhood. Central Park is newer. Planned community made possible by the closing of Stapleton Airport in 1995. The land was redeveloped into a model mixed use neighborhood of commercial and residential units. It is just east of Downtown, and happens to be the largest dingle neighborhood in the city. Many people would call Central Park part of Denver, but it does technically fall within the Aurora city limits.
