There is free private parking for 2 cars behind the gate in the back yard. Do not block the shared driveway at anytime. Street parking is free as well. We do not offer TVs in the bedrooms. You will have exclusive access to the main house, front porch, back deck and 2 parking spots in the back yard on the left. You will not have access to the tiny house in the backyard but you can add that to your lease for an extra cost. This home is strictly no smoking. We reserve the right to end your lease if evidence of smoking inside is discovered. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not lease this house. No smoking marijuana at anytime for any reason (even medical reasons). This is not a place for a party. We are set-up for residential use.
